CONSTRUCTION

AS5 tree-phase autotransformers have three windings with one or several splits. The winding is wound on a carcass or isolation frame, assembled into a rosette forming the autotransformer’s zero point, placed on a core assembled from electromagnetic plates, and impregnated with thermo hardening resin protecting from corrosion and moisture. The windings are directed to screw terminals. The autotransformers are fixed to the foundation by means of angle sections.
